LAUDERDALE BY THE SEA, FL—After two years of planning and development, New California Hotels Corporation plans to unveil OCEAN ONE in spring 2014. The venture brings two new boutique concepts to Lauderdale By The Sea, OCEAN ONE Resort and The Bungalows.
The OCEAN ONE Resort will be comprised of 186 guestrooms located on 3.5 acres of land adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean and 26 bungalows directly on the beach. The former Holiday Inn is undergoing a complete transition, two brand new restaurants and pool with cabanas.
"Over the last two years, we have worked with Raymond Ballasiano, a renowned Boca Raton architect with over 40 years of experience in hotels to generate ideas that were truly unique for the hotel community," stated Richard Halstrom of New California Hotels Corporation. "As the General Contractor, we've brought in Ken Avellant of Sunsational Properties in Parkland, FL to turn these ideas into reality."
Marshall Hotels and Resorts of Salisbury, MD will manage the property.
