SURFSIDE, FL—Miller Construction Company has launched site work for the new Surfisde Residence Inn by Marriott here on behalf of HDP-TLD Partners, LLC, which will own the hotel.
The $22 million construction project will create a four-story hotel with three-story parking structure. The all-suite extended stay hotel will include 175 guest suites and is scheduled for summer 2015 completion.
Revuelta Architecture International's design for the Surfside Residence Inn by Marriott features a stucco facade with decorative metal features, an expansive landscaped pool deck above the parking structure and a contemporary exterior water wall feature near the entry.
