Marriott Opens Second Courtyard in Bali

BALI, INDONESIA—Marriott International, Inc. has opened Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak, its second property here.
The 209-room hotel marks the 31st Courtyard property in Asia. Rooms and suites feature a private balcony with garden terrace, 42-in. smart TV, working desk with chair and iPod dock. Suites offer additional space with a living room and dining area, in addition to the opportunity of having connecting doors to another deluxe room.
The property offers a lagoon pool, Kids Club, 24-hr. fitness center, Zanti – The Retreat and meeting and breakout spaces catering up to 350 people. Guests have access to valet service, shuttles to and from the resort to the beach and Oberoi Eat Street and high-speed Internet access property-wide.
Seminyak Kitchen, with Executive Chef Billy Costoglou, will serve an all-day breakfast menu. Light bites and a cocktail menu at the Pool Bar and Lounge are also available.
Courtyard’s signature Go Board features information such as hotel facilities, flight schedules, nearby attractions, a local map and current news.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
