IRVINE, CA—The eight-story Courtyard Irvine Spectrum has opened here.
The hotel features 210 rooms and more than 8,800 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor pre-function and event space, including a 2,300-sq.-ft. event lawn, a 5,000-sq.-ft. ballroom and a 446-sq.-ft., classroom-style boardroom. Guests also have access to a certified wedding planner, on-site A/V technicians and custom catering.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and 40-in. smart TVs in each guestroom, including 14 suites. Guestrooms also offer work desks with an ergonomic chair. The property has a 1,620-sq.-ft. fitness center with CrossFit stations and TRX equipment, 75-ft. lap pool and whirlpool, cabanas and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
The Bistro offers breakfast dinner, local craft beers and dinner delivery service. Guests also have access to the 24-hour, self-serve Market. The property is located near Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Orange County Zoo and Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Irvine Spectrum Center is a five-minute walk away, offering an improv comedy club, movie theater and dining and retail venues.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
