Hotel Equities Reopens Courtyard by Marriott Memphis East

MEMPHIS, TN—Atlanta-based Hotel Equities recently re-opened the fully renovated, 96-room Courtyard by Marriott Memphis East located here.
The hotel recently completed a comprehensive renovation and a significant profit improvement plan that exceeded Marriott’s expectations and has yielded an incredible increase in revenues and profitability almost immediately, according to Hotel Equities.
“Memphis is an exciting city for Hotel Equities’ expansion and we have seen very strong increases across the board upon the completion of the renovation,” said Joe Reardon, VP of marketing and business development for HE. “We are excited to provide the owner with such great results and will continue to optimize opportunities and add value to this well-positioned, newly renovated hotel. The hotel upgraded to Marriott’s latest Courtyard Generation 4 room package that boasts 42-in. TVs, desk units and the Bistro concept in the lobby. The pool area offers new amenities including a fire pit.
The hotel features a choice of king and double rooms, suites and spa suites. All guests enjoy complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour business center and the outdoor pool, whirlpool and fitness room. The newly appointed Bistro offers dining options as well as beverages from Starbucks and a full bar.
