ORLANDO—The Hilton Garden Inn East Orlando/UCF here has been sold.
HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale of the 122-room hotel, with Scott Stephens, COO/ senior principal and SVP Jaimin Patel representing the seller during the transaction.
The hotel is located 1.5 miles from the University of Central Florida. Local demand generators include Lockheed Martin, Siemens and Florida Tech.
"The hotel will benefit from the renovation and improving Orlando market along with the strategic location at University of Central Florida," stated Patel.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
