Crescent Hotels Opens Embassy Suites in Anaheim

MCLEAN, VA—Embassy Suites Hotels and Crescent Hotels & Resorts has celebrated the official grand opening of the new Embassy Suites Anaheim-Orange.
The milestone was commemorated by local officials and community members with a celebratory ceremony and reception. The 230-suite hotel is located at 400 N. State College Boulevard in Orange, C.A. and is situated only two miles from the Disneyland® Resort.
The grand opening celebration kicked off with an official ribbon cutting ceremony including remarks from Markus Kohn, general manager of Embassy Suites Anaheim-Orange, City of Orange Mayor Teresita “Tita “ Smith and Talene Staab, sr. director of brand performance support– Embassy Suites Hotels.
“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Crescent Hotels & Resorts to expand the brand’s footprint of more than 215 full-service, all-suites hotels across the Americas,” stated John Rogers, global head, Embassy Suites Hotels said. “After a twelve-million dollar renovation project, we are eager to welcome this new hotel to our portfolio and are confident that it will be a top-quality travel option among more than 30 Embassy Suites properties in California.”
The transformation of the hotel from a Hilton Hotels & Resorts property to an Embassy Suites included a complete makeover of suites, meeting space and indoor and outdoor pool facilities. The lobby has been updated with a contemporary design, featuring an atrium restaurant and bar, and the hotel's suites have been redesigned to feature luxurious bathrooms with a separate shower and tub as well as a separate living room with work desk and ergonomic chair.
