QUAKERTOWN, PA—The Best Western Quakertown was sold here in this Philadelphia suburb to undisclosed local hotel investors.
“The Best Western Quakertown is a 44-unit, well-constructed hotel that had been operated by the same family owners for more than 30 years and the hotel reflects the care and attention of two generations of family ownership,” said Joe McCann, president of Optimum Hotel Brokerage, which handled the deal.
