NAPA, CA—LodgeWorks Partners, L.P., a privately-held hotel development and management company, and Zapolski Real Estate (ZRE), a real estate investment, development and management firm that purchased what is now known as the Napa Center Development in 2012, will open ARCHER Napa, a new-build luxury hotel here.
The Napa Center Development involves the revitalization of over 150,000 sq. ft. of retail space with national, regional and local retailers, as well as a hospitality component.
Located on the First Street site of the former Merrill’s building, the companies plan to preserve the Merrill’s First Street façade when building the seven-story hotel and retail structure.
Hotel-specific design details are still in the planning stages and an opening date has not been set.
