ATLANTA—Catherine Sutton has joined the IHG Owners Association in a newly developed position—VP, operations. Sutton will provide operational leadership to the association’s primary activities: owner advocacy and member engagement.
Sutton comes to the hotel owners’ association from the Blacksburg Chamber of Commerce, where she was executive director.
“As a certified association executive, Catherine brings a strong skill set with association best practices,” stated Eva Ferguson, president of the IHG Owners Association. “This will certainly be an asset as the Owners Association continues to move forward as a global professional organization."
The IHG Owners Association represents the interests of owners and operators of more than 3,100 IHG hotels worldwide.
