Dow Hotel Company Adds Project Management Administrator

SEATTLE—The Dow Hotel Company, LLC, a hotel ownership investment and management company, has appointed Amy Wiseman as project management administrator.
In the newly created position, Wiseman will be responsible for coordinating design and architectural presentations and schedules for all projects, as well as acting as a liaison to FF&E purchasers, contractors and designers. She will report to Robert Levy, senior vice president of asset development.
Wiseman most recently was the project administrator for LMN Architects, one of the largest architectural firms in the United States.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
