Crestline Appoints Flagg as SVP/Business Development

FAIRFAX, VA—Crestline Hotels & Resorts has named Christopher E. Flagg as SVP of business development.
Flagg will be responsible for pursuing new management contracts for Crestline's growing management business, which currently consists of more than 44 managed hotels, resorts and conference facilities in the U.S. and Caribbean.
Before joining Crestline, Flagg was director of development for the Waterford Hotel Group. During his tenure with Waterford, he helped create and execute a new business development plan aimed at procuring new management contracts through strategic private-equity partnerships and contract acquisitions. Flagg's background also includes serving as managing director, Definitive Consulting Group; VP of development, HEI Hotels & Resorts; and VP of acquisitions & development, Ocean Park Hotels.
Flagg holds a Masters in Management of Hospitality from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration, and a B.A. in Business and Economics from Westmont College, Santa Barbara, CA. He is active member of the Cornell Hotel Society and other business organizations.
