Concord Hospitality Names Kevin McAteer SVP/Marketing and Sales

RALEIGH, NC—Concord Hospitality Enterprises has promoted Kevin McAteer to SVP/marketing and sales.
McAteer is responsible for direct sales, e-commerce and revenue management for the company’s 90 owned and managed hotels.
He joined the company in 2003 and was promoted to VP/marketing and sales in 2005. Previously, McAteer held leadership positions with Marriott International, including area GM for Courtyard and certified regional sales trainer for Residence Inn.
Concord’s COO, Nick Kellock, stated: “The business of marketing hotels has changed dramatically over the past decade, and thanks to Kevin’s initiatives, Concord’s hotels are consistent market leaders. Kevin had the foresight to ensure that our hotels remained current in the rapidly evolving worlds of e-commerce and revenue management, and, as a result, has played a major role in Concord’s growth and expansion these past several years.”
