VERNON HILLS, IL—Larry Morse, who was president and CEO of American Hotel Register Company, “is no longer with the company,” according to Angela Korompilas, Executive VP & COO.
Morse was named president and COO of American Hotel Register (AHR) in 2008 and subsequently added the CEO title to his responsibilities. Prior to AHR, Morse served as president of Quill Corporation.
AHR was founded in 1865 and is the largest distributor of hospitality products, including more than 10 distribution centers throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. The company also offers a global supply chain solution through its acquisition of Intros Hotel Supplies—which covers Europe, the Middle East and Africa—as well as its strategic alliance with Ming Fail International Holdings of Hong Kong, a manufacturer of amenities in Asia Pacific.
Repeated calls to Morse were not returned.
