SANTA CLARA, CA—Nor1 has launched eReach, a new mobile merchandising solution designed to help hotels increase revenue and guest satisfaction during a guest's hotel stay, via real-time, data-driven predictive targeting.
Combined with Nor1’s flagship Front Desk Upsell and eStandby Upgrade products, eReach provides an end-to-end platform for engaging guests and generating ancillary revenues throughout the hotel reservation lifecycle.
The new solution enables hotels to merchandise offerings such as restaurant, bar/lounge, spa, golf and off-property attractions via a single technology platform. According to the company, eReach leverages its patented PRiME decision platform to harness real-time intelligence and optimization algorithms to help hotels target the right traveler with the right offer at the right time.
eReach is already in use at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and other hotels in the United States, Europe and Asia.
