The 103-suite hotel is owned by TPH Investors, LLC. It is the brand’s fifth property in Utah. It is located approximately 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport and offers easy access to Sundance Ski Resort, Timpanogos Cave National Monument and the American Fork Canyon. Nearby attractions include the Living Planet Aquarium, Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Exhibit and Hogle Zoo.
The property features signature Home2 Suites amenities such as the Oasis lobby area, Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items and Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area.
“Home2 Suites is a brand that was designed to be innovative, unique and a fresh new take on the idea of traveling. This is a brand that fits well into a great area like Salt Lake City,” stated Bill Duncan, global head, Home2 Suites and Homewood Suites. “The overall growth of the hotel has been exponential, and it becomes even more evident as we proudly announce the opening of the brand’s fifth property in the Salt Lake City area.”
