PARKERSBURG, WV—The Blennerhassett Hotel, a historic hotel located here, has partnered with Stash Hotel Rewards, becoming the first independent hotel in the state of West Virginia to offer this rewards program to its guests.
“Parkersburg continues to experience significant growth in the business sector, and therefore, an increase in frequent business travelers,” stated Cecil Childress, general manager at The Blennerhassett Hotel. “As an independent hotel, it’s important to remain competitive in the growing marketplace, and Stash provides us with the opportunity to do just that. With Stash we can now capture the attention of frequent business travelers by coupling a rewards program with our unique experience and exceptional service.”
The Blennerhassett Hotel first opened its doors in 1889. Centrally located in the Historic Downtown District, the hotel offers a business center, fitness facilities, lobby library, meeting and event space and Spats Restaurant & Lounge.
Guests of The Blennerhassett Hotel can join Stash for free at www.stashrewards.com. Stash members earn five points for each dollar spent on eligible room rates and can redeem them at nearly 200 unique independent hotels across the U.S. Stash points never expire, and redemption is simple, without blackout dates or category restrictions found in many chain programs. Stash partner hotels also provide members with access to exclusive travel deals.
