Orlando Hotel Launches Guest Services Program for Dogs

LOS ANGELES—The Orlando Hotel has announced its new turndown services and luxury treatment its guests' dogs as opposed to leaving their pets at home or paying boarding fees. The Los Angeles-based luxury boutique hotel offers the new “Bow Wow Program,” which strives to make pets feel like they are being treated to a five-star resort vacation while guests enjoy their stay in Los Angeles.
The Bow Wow Program includes Dog Pick Up and Shuttle Service to and from “Chateau Marmutt” Dog Daycare, a full day of play at the daycare, an overnight stay for pets with dog turndown service, as well as a special treat and an Orlando Hotel Water Bowl to take home. The price is $299. for room and service, plus 15.5% occupancy tax, based on room availability. The Deluxe Bow Wow Program, which includes a bath and massage, costs $349.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
