TWIN FALLS, ID—The 92-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Twin Falls is set to open here next Wednesday, June 11, 2014.
The property, which will operate as a Marriott franchise, will be owned and managed by Pennbridge Lodging. It will be the first Fairfield Inn & Suites in the area to feature the brand’s new design and décor.
“Delivering both function and comfort, our new design and décor elevate the Fairfield brand, setting a new standard in the moderate-tier category,” said Shruti Buckley, VP, global brand management, Fairfield Inn & Suites. “The Fairfield Inn & Suites Twin Falls is a truly stunning example of the brand’s contemporary new look and feel, and are pleased to introduce Fairfield Inn & Suites hotels in the Twin Falls area.”
The exterior has been updated and features a signature tower, a curved porte-cochere and a glass entrance. The lobby features a natural color palette with green, blue and orange. A “connect and print” area offers standing and seated Internet stations. Focal points include a natural stone hearth and organic-shaped sofa and lounge chair.
Guestrooms offer an ergonomic chair, task lighting and electrical outlets as well as a mobile desk. The room designs build on natural light and feature organic patterns and colors, blending wood tones with pops of color. The sleeping area is now located in the middle of the room for better rest and easier access to the bathroom and wardrobe. The living area offers a couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave, while the bath area features a contemporary feel with showers in all standard king rooms and suites.
Amenities also include an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, an exercise room, valet laundry service, free WiFi, and fax and copy services. Additionally, the property offers a meeting room with 1,100 sq. ft. to accommodate up to 125 people.
