ATLANTA—Extra Mile Procurement has been granted a partial procurement contract for casegoods, vanities, lighting and finishes to furnish the new Aloft in Atlanta, GA.
Vick Chauhan, principal partner, Extra Mile Procurement, said in a statement, “In collaboration with Black Dog Studio—an Atlanta-based interior design firm known for work on high-end commercial projects—we were able to put together a purchasing package of high quality products that achieve a cost savings for the owners of almost 20% over the nearest competitor. That represents significant added value to the project and to the asset, which is undergoing a renovation of more than $25 million.”
The 254-room property is being developed next to the Atlanta Merchandise Mart by Banyan Investment Group and DeBartolo Development.
