LOUISVILLE, KY—Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) has added James Goldberg as a managing director. In addition, Goldberg will establish a new office here for the company to spearhead regional growth opportunities.
Goldberg has been practicing law for over 37 years in Louisville. His concentration has been in CRE and financing, business insolvency and bankruptcy matters, workouts, debt and loan restructuring and business debtor/creditor relations.
In addition to his legal practice, Goldberg has been engaged in CRE brokerage and CRE capital markets for over 30 years from the Midwest to the Eastern United States. These transactions have included the sale of a Class A office building in Louisville for $30M; a $42M financing for a coal property acquisition in eastern Kentucky; a sale/leaseback transaction involving multiple convenience store locations throughout the Midwest; hotel transactions in Louisville; and both the sale and financing of a hotel near Hilton Head Island, SC.
Paramount Lodging Advisors is a hotel brokerage and advisory firm specializing in the sales of hospitality assets, debt and equity placement, as well as value enhancement services with 13 offices across the United States.
