DENVER, CO/DALLAS, TX—HREC Investment Advisors has arranged the sale of the 227-guestroom DoubleTree Market Center in Dallas, TX. Axle Capital Group and a partner acquired a property. The seller, Rolf Tweeten, principal with Alliance Hospitality Management in Raleigh, NC, will continue to manage the property.
Hank Wolpert, VP in HREC Investment Advisors’ Dallas office, and Geoff Davis, president and senior principal in the New York office, exclusively represented the seller during the transaction.
The hotel is located off Interstate-35E, and is located five minutes from downtown Dallas, five minutes from Dallas Love Field Airport and 20 minutes from DFW International Airport. Other nearby attractions include the Dallas Market Center, which comprises five million sq. ft. of event space.
"We were pleased to be working with the parties to this transaction and know the hotel is well positioned with all emerging development in Market Center, the Design District, the Medical District, Uptown and the Dallas CBD," stated Wolpert.
