Starwood Plans Dual-Development In Flushing, NY

STAMFORD, CT—Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. has announced plans to open a dual-hotel development property in Flushing, NY.
Owned by Century Construction Group, the Four Points by Sheraton Flushing and Element Flushing are scheduled to open in September of 2015 and are in close proximity to La Guardia Airport. Four Points by Sheraton Flushing will feature 178 guest rooms, 1,585 square feet of meeting space and dining service. Element Flushing will offer 118 rooms, a select-service restaurant and 1,105 square feet of flexible meeting space with modular furnishings and a flexible layout.
The two hotels will share a 24-hour fitness center and heated indoor pool.
