Radisson Signs Colombian Property

SANTA MARTA, COLOMBIA—Radisson has signed the Radisson Hotel Santa Marta, located here, in partnership with Radisson Hotels International Latin America.
The oceanfront hotel, which will feature a modern style and 88 rooms, will begin construction immediately, according to the company.
It is set to open in July 2016 and will be located next to the condo development Two Towers, a short distance from the airport.
“As a leading hotel brand in South America, this signing reinforces our commitment to further expand our presence in key locations in the region,” stated Javier Rosenberg, COO, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Americas. “We are excited to partner with Radisson Hotels International Latin America and Constructora Jiménez to build a stunning beachfront hotel.”
