WASHINGTON—PM Hospitality Strategies (PMHS) signed management contracts to provide technical and pre-opening services for two hotels in New York City and two hotels in Delaware. The company will operate the hotels upon their openings in 2014.
Details about the New York properties, which will be upscale, have yet to be announced. The Delaware properties include the 180-room Westin Wilmington, which will be connected to the Chase Convention Center on the Riverfront, with a planned opening in first quarter.
In Newark, DE, PMHS is providing pre-opening services for the under-construction, 136-room Hampton Inn & Suites Christiana. The hotel is expected to open in second quarter.
