DALLAS—The area's first dual-branded hotel has opened featuring a 181-room Courtyard by Marriott and a 120-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott.
The hotel, which will be managed by NewcrestImage, is located on 10 acres of a 52-acre site owned by the company in Grapevine, TX, about two miles from the DFW Airport. The properties have individual entrances but share the same management and sales team, as well as the same housekeeping staff. The hotels also share a resort-style outdoor swimming pool; state-of-the-art exercise facility and more than 13,000 square feet of modular meeting space.
"When a hotel looks special, guests feel special—and they're anxious to come back—so we have created a property that stands out in an appropriately Texas way," said Mehul Patel, chairman and CEO of Newcrestimage.
The new dual branded hotel in Dallas becomes only the third in Texas, with others located in Houston and Austin.
