Marcus Hotels Names Area Vice Presidents

MILWAUKEE—Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a division of The Marcus Corporation, has named Jim Waldvogel and Tom Mason as area vice presidents for the company.
Waldvogel, general manager of the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington, will continue to serve the property while overseeing operations at the company's Crowne Plaza-Northstar hotel in Minneapolis, MN and the Hilton Madison and Sheraton Madison in Madison, WI.
Mason will continue to serve as general manager of the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, while overseeing the company's Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark hotel in Lake Geneva, WI, and the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile in Chicago, IL. He will also oversee the conversion of the Sheraton Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile hotel to one of the first AC Hotels by Marriott in the U.S. to debut in Spring of 2015.
