There she was responsible for all group marketing, including brand management, public relations and customer relations. Previous to moving to Dubai, she was CMO at the Regus Group, a workplace solutions provider.
During an 18-year career at British Airways, she served in a number of senior brand marketing and commercial roles. O'Brien was responsible for helping develop many of BA’s brand and product initiatives, including the first flat bed in Business Class (Club World), the One World Alliance Brand and initiatives such as the first Arrivals Lounge concept at London Heathrow Airport, according to IHG.
