Hyatt Opens First Branded Hotel in Nebraska

OMAHA, NE—Marking its first brand hotel in Nebraska, Hyatt Hotels Corporation recently opened Hyatt Place/Omaha Downtown Old Market located here.
“Omaha is not just a great place to travel for baseball, entrepreneurship, great steak, and more, but it has also been a great home to Hyatt’s reservation center for more than 40 years,” stated John Tysdal, general manager, Hyatt Place/Omaha Downtown Old Market.
Hyatt Place/Omaha Downtown Old Market is in the Old Market district. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to CenturyLink Convention Center, the Holland Performing Arts Center and the Durham Museum.
Hyatt Place/Omaha Downtown Old Market offers 159 guestrooms, all of which feature a 42-in. HDTV, the Hyatt Grand Bed and a sectional sofa. The hotel offers 1,600 sq. ft. of meeting space, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and a Coffee to Cocktails Bar.
