MEMPHIS, TN—Hotel Equities has been selected to manage the 96-room Courtyard Memphis East located here.
“Memphis is an exciting city for Hotel Equities’ expansion and we are pleased to be selected as the management firm by an ownership group in this growing market,” stated Joe Reardon, VP of Business Development for HE. “We look forward to optimizing opportunities and adding value to this well-positioned, newly-renovated hotel. We are delighted to work with an owner who has such an entrepreneurial vision and commitment to a great hotel.”
The hotel features a choice of king and double rooms, suites and spa suites in a business-friendly corridor of Memphis near the Fed Ex Worldwide Headquarters. The property includes newly renovated meeting space and a newly-appointed Bistro.
“Hotel Equities has proven that they are the market leaders when it comes to third party hospitality management,” stated Jay Batra, owner of the Courtyard Memphis. “For me, it’s a slam dunk partnership because I can see the effort and strategic planning from a team whose members are even more engaged and anxious than I am to make this project successful. Without a doubt, Hotel Equities will be my partner in my future ventures.”
