Hotel Equities Adds Two VPs

ATLANTA—Hotel Equities added two vice presidential positions to its corporate infrastructure and brought industry veterans Rob Cote and Chuck Powell on board.
Each VP has oversight of all operations of the hotels in his division and reports to Brad Rahinsky, Hotel Equities’ COO.
Cote previously worked as VP/operations at Alliance Hospitality and held the same role with Interstate Hotels and Resorts.
Powell came from Interstate Hotels and Resorts where he served as VP/operations His prior position was with Noble Investment Group where he focused primarily on full-service hotels and resort properties.

When you hear all the lodging industry projections for the months and years to come, much of the robust growth is forecast to be the result of the expected influx of travelers from China.
