Hilton Worldwide Signs Management Agreement with Dijaya

MCLEAN, VA—Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with Dijaya Land Development Sdn Bhd to manage Hilton Okinawa Kin in Kin, Kunigami-gun, Okinawa, Japan.
The 12-story, 190-room property is scheduled to open in 2016. It will be part of an integrated resort development. The hotel will offer an all-day-dining restaurant, one specialty restaurant and a bar, as well as a business lounge, meeting rooms, boardrooms, a ballroom and recreation spaces such as a fitness club, spa, carpark and pool.
"Having operated in Japan for half a century, Hilton Worldwide today operates ten properties located in key leisure and business locations across the country, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, with one more to open next year in Chatan, Okinawa," stated Guy Phillips, vice president, development, Asia Pacific, Hilton Worldwide. "Hilton Okinawa Kin will be our 12th property in Japan, and presents an opportunity to fly another Hilton flag in a key destination for our iconic, flagship brand.
