COTULLA, TX—Hospitality Management Corp. inked a property management agreement for a new-build Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham here in the Eagle Ford oil and gas shale area.
The pet-friendly hotel will offer 83 guestrooms when it is completed in November. Amenities will include: complimentary Continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, business center, complimentary wake-up calls and large truck/bus/car parking.
The Microtel Inn & Suites is located off I-35, south of San Antonio and proximate Cotulla-La Salle County Airport.
“We are excited to expand our Texas presence with another hotel in the Eagle Ford oil and gas shale area,” stated Leo Spriggs, president/CEO. “HMC is keenly focused on growth in both the Eagle Ford and Cline Texas oil and gas shale areas inclusive of new hotel development. In the past several months we have added six hotels located in these dynamic markets to HMC’s growing portfolio with notably more in our pipeline.”
