ARLINGTON, TX—DePalma Hotel Corp., a national hotel and conference center management company, recently added four hotels to its portfolio.
“While we continue to maintain contracts around the United States, our core pipeline of managed properties continues to be in the south-central U.S. as well as in the mid-Atlantic” stated Brian DePalma, president and CEO of DePalma Hotel Corp.
The three Texas properties are located throughout the Lone Star state from the Four Points Sheraton on the beach in Galveston to the Staybridge Suites located near downtown Dallas. “We’re thrilled to be working with both Starwood and IHG once again,” Bob Lepore, SVP/development, DePalma, said in a statement. “Both of these hotels are in prime locations and offer tremendous opportunities for improved sales and marketing.”
The Lincoln Residences Suites Hotel is an apartment conversion in the historic Abraham Lincoln Hotel complex in Reading, PA. The building, originally built in 1930, is currently split between hotel, apartments, retail and commercial space. Renovations are underway to create a separate all-suites hotel adjacent to the existing Abraham Lincoln Hotel.
