ATLANTA—Crestline Hotels & Resorts, LLC has assumed management of the Hilton Atlanta Northeast, the Fairfax, VA-based company's fourth full-service hotel in the Atlanta market.
Recently purchased by ASAP International Holdings, Inc., the 272-room full-service hotel will undergo renovations and improvements in the coming months.
"We are delighted to select Crestline Hotels & Resorts as our manager for this property," said Frank Yuan, CEO of ASAP International Holdings, in a statement. "The Hilton Atlanta Northeast is just one block away from our recently acquired Atlanta Marriott Norcross hotel. There are many opportunities to create synergies when owning and managing the only two full-service hotels in this strong Atlanta sub-market. We are confident that Crestline will maximize the efficiencies and drive significant RevPAR increases for these assets."
