Aimbridge Converts Phoenix Inn to DoubleTree by Hilton Bend

DALLAS—Aimbridge Hospitality has converted one of its management assets, the Phoenix Inn Bend, to the DoubleTree by Hilton Bend in Bend, OR.
The property has been in Aimbridge Hospitality’s management portfolio since 2006, and under its new flag will undergo a full renovation of all guestrooms and corridors, exterior modifications, the PreCor fitness center, as well as the addition of a new full-service restaurant, PressNW. PressNW will feature locally sourced, grown, brewed and roasted ingredients and a full bar with local beers and wine.
The hotel offers 117 guestrooms with amenities including complimentary WiFi, a refrigerator and microwave, a 39-in. flat screen HDTV and pull-out sofa. Guest suites include a balcony, fireplace and hot tub.
In addition, the hotel offers a 24-hour business center, fitness center and indoor pool, as well as three flexible meeting spaces.
