Hunter Hotel Advisors Sells Marriott Properties for Apple REIT

ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors has recently closed on the sale of three Marriott-branded hotels for Apple REIT.
The hotels were the 79-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Tallahassee, FL, the 79-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus, GA, and the 63-room Fairfield Inn in Dothan, AL. Each property was sold to different regional investment groups.
“Hunter’s extensive relationships with all types of owners allowed us to match each hotel investment with the right firm,” stated Teague Hunter, president, Hunter Hotel Advisors.
“We have a strong relationship with Hunter and are always pleased with the process, and these sales are no exception,” said Sam Reynolds, EVP, Apple REIT.
